We leave promtly at the designated ride time
At all times we all will respect and obide by the safe rules that the licensing bodies have provided to the trainer/coach
Respect group ride etiquette laid out by the ride leaders
Wear our protective equipment in the manner of which it is designed to protect the wearer.
Understand the risk and dangers of cycling
Sign the ride waiver for each ride
Show up with a positive attitude
Keep negative self-doubt comments to yourself
Meet other women with the same interests
